Hurricane Irma swept through St. Thomas taking homes, hospitals, grocery stores, cares, and left people desperate with nothing.  A group of volunteers in Florida put together a program to adopt a family in the US Virgin islands to meet specific needs of struggling families.

 TPS adopted 8 families and provided care packages for them.  The care packages included basic essentials for a family such as food, hygiene kits, water filters, and other tools to help the families through the hard time. The employees here at TPS included letters in each care package for the families.
